MTB-City.com is a company based in the Netherlands and only complies with Dutch consumer law only, including the Dutch Internet Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with MTB-City is safe. You’ll get the products you ordered and we’ll handle any problems you may have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Internet sales Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns) up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days when not damaged and in original packaging.

MTB-City products are only sold to country’s in the EU

If we have sent you a product which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning the item within 7 days of receipt.

Goods must be in original packaging. Goods must not be fitted or used. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs. We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost. Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

All products bought at MTB-City.com are covered by manufacturer of product and has a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from MTB-City have developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.

Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a satisfied customer!

When we custom build wheels or a custom build bike for you, it is built specifically for you, and to your exact specification. This means that we are not obliged to accept back custom built items for a refund or exchange. Custom built wheels will be accepted back but a €20,- per wheel charge will be levied on an exchange or refund, to cover the time and effort absorbed in creating the wheel.
